We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@framesplus.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
You have 7 days after delivery to check your order and let us know if anything is damaged or faulty. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and products bought on sale or at a discount. Please get in touch if you have any questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return postage
If you wish to return an item because you no longer need it, or want to exchange it for a different one, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility.
