This is ridiculous
My frame arrived damaged, most likely during transit so it's not necessarily the seller's fault. I promptly sent pictures of it to FramesPlus just to know they were out of business until Mid January 2023, a 2 month break!
Now I have yet to receive any response from them of any sort...
Definitely disappointed
