I would give no stars if I could. The frame quality is shocking, completely unusable. The first time I ordered the frame through Amazon it arrived broken. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was Amazon’s lack of packaging that had caused it to break in transit. So I ordered the same frame directly from Frame Plus and it arrived with massive gaps in the corners and is so flimsy it barely holds the Perspex in place. I emailed Frame plus to ask about a refund. No reply. I emailed again a week later. It’s now been 2 weeks and I’ve received no reply. I have tried contacting them via their online chat. No reply. There is no phone number to call on their website. My next step will be looking to the consumer ombudsmen on how I can take this matter further. It’s not right that a company be allowed to just ghost their customers. I’ll also be leaving reviews in every place possible to warn people away from this terrible company.
